The Wheel

A nesting doll of healing philosophies that meets you where you are so you can get where you’re going.

We aren’t actually separate from nature at all, we’re a part of it. Made up of the same elements that make up every other living thing on this planet. Heat rises up and our cheeks get flushed, water settles low and our feet get swollen, the cold will make anything stiff and eventually brittle. The Wheel is not a course - I won’t take attendance, you will never have to hand anything in, and you won’t be graded. This is a weekly practice of gentle calibration to the universal experience of being an emotional and spiritual being in a physical body in the world we live in.

Like the rest of us, The Wheel is a work in progress.

Sustainability is central to teachings of this practice, and my goal with this first turn is simply to build from a place of integrity and in service to my community by showing up every week to lay a stone in the foundation of what I hope to build here. It’s not meant to be perfect, and I’m sure it won’t be.

Likewise, if you miss a week or fall off for a while, no problem. The Wheel will keep turning and you can hop back in whenever you’re ready.

There is no price tag on this YET,

but it’s not completely FREE.

In many ways, this cycle is a dress rehearsal. The monetary value of The Wheel is one of many things I’m workshopping as it rolls out, along with format, content, communication, materials, and logistics.

For now, my first ask is that you offer your regular feedback in reciprocity to close out our exchange - Let me know what’s working for you and what’s not. Ask me questions, tell me stories, and share your struggles. This is a co-creative, living project, and the way it’s landing for you will ultimately determine the shape The Wheel takes, as well as what it’s value is.

That said, I have also left Donate buttons in your path as you move through the program. Any financial support is appreciated and positions me better to keep my energy focused here.

Thanks for being here.

The Wheel is a practice that takes you week-by-week through the natural rhythm of the cycle of the year.

Drawing your attention to the details of the larger experience of being human, The Wheel helps you to notice how reflections of this are cast in your inner world and day to day life.

The entire fabric of this thing is woven of one simple truth:

Everything - us included - is connected by the same universal laws of nature.
