The Wheel

The Wheel is a 52 week self exploration program designed to help you to recalibrate your perception and habits in a way that brings you closer to yourself, to your community, and to the natural world. Traversing the entire journey of all four suits in the minor arcana and framed by the rhythm of the seasons according to Chinese Medicine’s 5 Element Theory, The Wheel is truly the holistic product of my wheelhouse.

The entire fabric of this thing is woven of one simple truth: everything, us included, is connected by the same universal laws of nature. This is not a course, it is an active practice that helps to contextualize your personal experiences into something much larger than you and to integrate this understanding into your life in practical and sustainable ways.

Week by week, we will sink slowly deeper into the practice of dropping out of the stories that influence our belief systems, thought patterns, and physical existence and into our own bodies, held by universal patterns of observable cause and effect. 

Try not to think of The Wheel as an item on the to-do list or a commitment you have to keep. There is no requirement for you to show up week, you’ll never have to hand anything in or show your work, there are no awards given for participation or consequences for not. This is simply an open invitation to build a practice from a place of integrity that fits your life fin a sustainable way. My hope is that, with the structure and support this provides, your practice will naturally grow at the pace that is right for you.
